To say it has been a GCP baby boom, it is an understatement! We can not get enough of all these beautiful and handsome newborns that have been in front of our lenses (and in our arms for a quick baby fix 😉 )
Here is the precious Ms. A!

Have you booked your fall or late summer family mini session? We have started offering mini sessions for families that no longer need a ton of images from their session, and do not need a lot of time to capture the images. These sessions are also perfect for your holiday or new year cards!
Email Amy to book your session before it is too late!
Tom started removing the floors in the back by the bathroom where we found more rot. We are going to have to have someone come in and weld a little of the frame since we have the floor open. This is not a bad thing since we can easily get to it now.
Currently we are brainstorming and coming up with ideas. Once we have the frame reenforced we will start laying the floors down, clean the walls, and then paint the walls using a spray gun Tom got from Harbor Freight.
Tom took apart a bunch of pallets and cleaned the wood. We are so lucky that our friends who is letting us use their barn also has a planer we can use to shave down the pallet wood for a fun project inside Ruby Jane once it is time.

Day one of Demo
A change of Plans
So….this week we changed our minds. And gutted the whole airstream 😳
Reason being we can easily fix the floors, clean and paint the walls, and Tom can rebuild the beds, storage, and kitchen to our liking. We also decided to remove the furnace. We know we will not be using the camper in extreme cold, and we have learned a way to put a heating packet in our AC unit to warm the camper enough for earlier spring and late fall trips.
Without further ado… the gutted airstream:
We had a little visitor
The light Tom was using was way too hot in the barn so he started using holiday lights
During the demo we found some unwanted guests. Luckily this nest was unoccupied, but we did find a new mice nest that had to be evicted. Tom went immediately to Lowes to buy as many mouse traps as he could and an electronic mice repeller. So far so good!
Someone is so proud of all his work!

We found some floor rot in the front. Not too bad though!
